How It Works
Tell us what you need.
Select the services you are interested in on the form below. It takes about a minute and does not require an account.
We talk through scope
A member of our team follows up to understand your practice, your volume, and what is actually breaking. Some practices need full ownership of a function, others need help for a quarter.
We agree on delivery and pricing
Scope drives price, so there isn't a one-size-fits-all rate. We'll talk through your needs, outline the cost upfront, and make sure the scope and investment make sense before anything begins.
Where Most Practices Start
These three are the most requested, because they are where revenue is most often lost.
Credentialing
Payor group and individual credentialing, CAQH and NPI setup, re-credentialing tracking, and payor contracting.
- Built for new and smaller practices without an in-house operations team. Credentialing is procedural work with real consequences, and a missed re-credentialing date can suspend your ability to bill. We track the calendar so you do not have to.
Billing and Revenue Cycle Management
Claims submission and scrubbing, denials management, accounts receivable follow-up, and monthly performance reporting.
- Built for practices losing revenue to denials or slow collections. Most ABA practices are not underpaid because of their rates. They are underpaid because claims go out with errors, denials go unworked, and receivables age quietly until the cash gap becomes a crisis.
Marketing Assistance
Local search optimization, Google Business profile management, a referral toolkit, and family intake campaigns.
- Built for practices with capacity to fill. When a family searches for ABA services in your area, you are either in the first three results or you are invisible. This is the work that puts you there and turns inquiries into scheduled intakes.

Why Practices Bring Us In
These services are delivered by the teams that already support practices across the Hi-5 ABA network, which means you are buying operational capacity that exists rather than a function someone is assembling for the first time. The people handling your credentialing have worked the payors in your state. The people working your denials have seen the codes your clearinghouse is rejecting. That is the difference between outsourcing a task and handing it to someone who has already solved it.
Take one service or take several. There is no bundle, no minimum term you are locked into before you know whether the work is good, and no requirement that you have any other relationship with ABA Town Square or Hi-5 ABA.
Tell Us Which Services You Need

FAQ
Why are prices not listed?
Scope varies widely. Credentialing two payors for a solo practitioner and credentialing a twelve-clinician practice across six payors are different pieces of work. We quote after a short conversation rather than publishing a rate that would be wrong for most practices.
Can I start with one service and add others later?
Yes. Most practices do.
Do I need a Town Square membership to use these services?
No. These services are entirely separate from any ABA Town Square membership or subscription. Any practice can use them.
Do I need to be a Hi-5 ABA franchisee?
No. The practice you build is yours. The franchise is available if you decide you want it, and your investment counts toward the fees if you do.
Who actually does the work?
The teams that support practices across the Hi-5 ABA network. You are buying operational capacity that already exists rather than a newly assembled service.
