For Board Certified Behavior Analysts

From Concept to Your First Billed Session in Six Months

The Practice Launch Accelerator is a structured six-month program for BCBAs who want to own an ABA practice. Entity setup, credentialing, recruiting, and your first client intake, done alongside people who have opened and run insurance-funded practices before.
Twelve months of Town Square Affiliate access included. Your investment counts toward franchise fees if you later join the Hi-5 ABA network.

Who the Accelerator Is Built For

This program is for a specific person. You are a BCBA, you have decided that working for someone else is not the end of your career, and you are prepared to open a practice within the next year. You may not have an entity, a payer contract, or a single client yet. That is expected, and it is the starting point the program is designed around.

What the Program Includes

Three pillars run in parallel across the six months: the administrative build, reserved consulting time, and clinical and continuing education access.

Direct Administrative Support

The work that stops most practices before they start, done with you rather than explained to you.

Reserved Consulting Time

Direct access to operators who have done this, across every function a new practice has to stand up.

Clinical and Continuing Education Access

Twelve months of access, so the support continues after the program ends.

What Six Months Actually Looks Like

Every practice moves at a slightly different pace, and payer timelines are the variable nobody fully controls. The sequence below is the path the program is built around.

Weeks Milestone
1 to 3 Entity formed, business banking opened, NPI registered
2 to 10 Credentialing underway with two payors
3 to 8 RBT recruiting campaign running
6 to 14 First client intake and authorization
14 to 24 First billed session

By the end of the program you are not holding a business plan. You are holding a claim.

What We Expect From You

This is a working program rather than a course, and the outcome depends on what you bring to it. Expect to commit consistent hours each week, to make decisions when they are put in front of you, and to complete the administrative steps that only the owner of a business can complete. We will do the work alongside you, prepare the filings, and sit in the payer conversations. We cannot want it more than you do.

After the Accelerator

Most participants finish the program running an independent practice, and that is a complete outcome. Some decide they would rather operate inside a proven system with a brand, established payer relationships, and an operations playbook behind them. If that is the direction you choose, your Accelerator investment counts toward Hi-5 ABA franchise fees. Nothing about the program requires you to take that step, and the practice you build is yours either way.

Request Information About the Accelerator

A member of our team will follow up to talk through fit, timing, and what the investment looks like. There’s no payment required to inquire, and no commitment until you’ve had a chance to ask questions and decide if it’s the right fit.

    FAQ

    What does the Accelerator cost?

Pricing depends on your starting point, your state, and which payors you are pursuing. We discuss it in the first conversation, before you commit to anything.

No. The program is built to run alongside clinical work, though it does require consistent weekly hours.

Payer timelines vary by state and by payor, and they are the part of the process nobody fully controls. We work the process and keep you moving on everything that is not waiting on a payer.

No. The practice you build is yours. The franchise is available if you decide you want it, and your investment counts toward the fees if you do.

Yes. The Accelerator is available only to Board Certified Behavior Analysts, because the program includes credentialing you as the clinical owner of the practice.
