Job Description

Little Leaves is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. We're looking for bright, collaborative, big-hearted, and analytical clinicians to join our center-based team in Millersville, MD.

What we do

We provide high-quality early intervention programs based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), designed to nurture the growth and development of young children with social, behavior, and/or language challenges. Little Leaves offers in-home, at-school, and full-day center-based ABA services for children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders, across Virginia, the DC metro area, the Baltimore metro area, and South Florida.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field (psychology, education, social work, or similar).
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays.
  • Strong skills in assessment, program development, data analysis, and clinical supervision.
  • Organized, flexible, and open to constructive feedback to continually improve programming and professional development.
