Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or (BCaBA) – Full Time

Location: Ellenwood, GA

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year + $5000 Bonus

Schedule: Build Your Own | Hybrid (50% Telehealth)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our Atlanta-based team full-time. This is a clinician-led practice that values flexibility, clinical integrity, and professional development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support behavior technicians and RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide parent training
  • Focus on quality care – no direct therapy required
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and support staff

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
  • Must be available full-time
  • Comfortable with hybrid work and occasional local travel

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $500 CEU credit (per 2-year cycle)
